Project Details

Collaborating with a local custom builder, this modern home was designed to make a statement!

A breathtaking entrance showcasing a gloss wood timber lined ceiling, feature pillars clad in multicolored ‘crazy’ veneer stone and contemporary black exterior lighting.

The interior colour palette emulates a neutral yet cohesive scheme with spotted gum vinyl flooring throughout, warm ‘aura’ white walls, natural stone inspired floor and wall tiles, cool white veined reconstituted stone bench tops and custom timber laminate cabinetry.

Bold accents are evident within the accent interior light fixtures, window furnishings hardware, moody ‘stormcloud’ joinery and sleek cabinetry handles complimented by brushed nickel plumbing fittings and fixtures.

Soft green and grey hues painted on vertical paneled walls with textural s-fold sheer curtains throughout add interest and grandeur to bedrooms and the main living/dining spaces.

The entire home is elevated with an alfresco designed for all season entertaining with an enclosed dining area equipped with adequate heating for winter nights and a large pool with spa to enjoy long summer days and evenings under the stars!

A home built to last considering every element and important detail.

Client Feedback

"We were first introduced the Chelsea from Indigo Design through our builder, Deep Blue Builders.

Chelsea was involved throughout from the plan to completion which for us as first time home builders, gave us a lot of comfort.

Chelsea was open to hearing our many like and dislikes in houses and from these she formulated a design concept. The amount of pressure this took off us “guessing” about every detail was brilliant.

Throughout the process, Chelsea was contactable, diligent in responses, had many site visits with our builder in our presence and absence.

The end result speaks for itself. We are constantly showered with compliments about our home, its finish and furnishings – all done with what we call “a Touch of Chelsea”.

Chelsea helped source the art, mirrors, furniture, linen, throws, pillows lighting, colours, tiles, flooring and so much more. It all looks amazing and what seemed like a big expense at the start actually turned out to be the best value for money we spent on the build.

We had training in pillow and throw placement and even towel folding for maximum effect. It’s just amazing how things you never thought would work together just pop!

At the recent photo shoot of the house, a little more “Touch of Chelsea” was added and again it transformed the place.

We are extremely proud of our home and would not hesitate to get Chelsea involved again. Brilliant all the way through!"
