One of two exciting displays designed for our volume builder client. The exterior colour palette for the ‘Masri’ single story display reflects an individual interior feel to appeal to a young growing family.

A ‘contemporary urban’style was created with a modern and refined vibe.

Matte black tap ware and hardware specified throughout teamed with charcoal lappato floor and wall tiles. Custom cabinetry in walnut and charcoal accents carefully specified to compliment the sleek matte concrete stone bench tops to the kitchen, utility and wet areas. Crisp white walls, subway tiles with contrasting black grout and penny round mosaic marble tiles accentuate the modern urban feel.

The interior lighting was specified to compliment the interior finishes and create interest. ‘S fold’ sheer curtains on striking black rods added warmth and softness to the formal rooms. Feature walls were introduced to enhance mood to the master bedroom and playfulness to the adolescent spaces.
