Project Details
This contemporary custom residence has been meticulously designed to maximise its street
presence and deliver an impactful first impression. Drawing inspiration from the surrounding
native bushland, the interior colour scheme incorporates natural tones to inherit a sense of
harmony and environmental connection.
Natural granite is a prominent material throughout the property, featured in the kitchen
island, rangehood, and powder room splashbacks. The granite also envelops the fireplace,
establishing a dramatic focal point visible from the entrance hallway.
‘Rock Salt’ stone-inspired porcelain tiles, specified for both floors and walls in all wet areas,
evoke a luxurious day-spa ambience. These large-format 1200x1200 tiles extend seamlessly
from the façade and portico ‘spine wall’ into the front entrance and formal lounge, ensuring
visual continuity and a smooth transition between the exterior and interior.
Warm vinyl flooring paired with natural timber elements, complemented by green and tan
accents, contributes to a welcoming and cohesive atmosphere throughout. The selection
and coordination of furniture, lighting, artwork, mirrors, window furnishings, linen, and décor
were carefully curated to achieve a unified interior aesthetic.
The entire build process was guided by close collaboration with my clients, who entrusted
my expertise throughout the entire building journey. This resulted in creating a beautiful
home to enjoy, cherish, and proudly call their own.
